Googles New London Offices Split Between London-Themed Spaces

Leading companies like Google can’t afford not getting noticed. The company’s new London headquarters occupies the Central St. Giles Building in the city’s Covent Garden area. Welcoming employees with a true London feel displaying Union Jack-covered walls, this themed fresh concept spreading over 160,000 square feet offers London-inspired design alongside beautiful city panoramas. Imagined by PENSON Group as a fairytale land bedecked with reclaimed and recycled materials that tell stories of the town’s past, Google’s new PENSON-designed offices are split between a Town Hall meeting space seating 200 people, a cozy Granny Flat area showcasing rocking chairs underneath lampshades and a green submarine-inspired design with noise-proof doors marked “Do Not Turn to Open”. Google’s new London Offices have 1250 desks and 1250 meeting chairs prepared for collaborations, but also Secret Gardens on the roof, so I’m inclined to think this could just be the stress-free productivity everyone’s talking about. What do you think?
